Zadjad Rezai e0fb781535 Allow setting WEBUI_URL manually 
We use a redirect in our setup, which means the ingress host is different then the WEBUI_URL.

This change allows to set the WEBUI_URL either manually via extraenv or via ingress.host

Open WebUI Helm Charts

Helm charts for the Open WebUI application.

Downloading the Chart

The charts are hosted at https://helm.openwebui.com. You can add the Helm repo with:

helm repo add open-webui https://helm.openwebui.com/
