Delay update on Pipelines chart version 
There's a bug with the Helm releaser Github action that prevents you from releasing multiple charts in the same PR, so I'll merge this PR without updating the chart version and update that in a separate PR to trigger that action.

Helm charts for the Open WebUI application.

Downloading the Chart

The charts are hosted at https://helm.openwebui.com. You can add the Helm repo with:

helm repo add open-webui https://helm.openwebui.com/
