ec601ca13d build(vendor): rescope the vendored Cordis packages into @deepseek-ai
Machine-produced by `pnpm run rescope-vendor --apply` plus the regeneration it
prints: `pnpm install` for the lockfile, `pnpm run gen-third-party-notices`,
`verify-translation-pairing --write` for the touched bilingual pairs,
`gen-doc-graphs`, and one typert snapshot whose ids embed character offsets.
`pnpm run rescope-vendor --check` verifies the result.

Renames nine vendored packages (cordis, cosmokit, schemastery and the six
@cordisjs plugins) and every reference that resolves them: manifest names and
dependency keys, module specifiers including declare-module merges, cordis.yml
plugin names, tsconfig paths, every Markdown fence, and `docs/` prose.
Directory names, upstream versions, and dependency ranges are unchanged, so
vendor/README.md still reads as an upstream snapshot; its manifest table gains
an upstream-name column so THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES keeps MIT attribution pointed
at each fork's origin.

The tutorial tier follows the rename end to end: its yaml fences named plugins
the Loader can no longer resolve, its `ts ignore-check` fences disagreed with
the compiled fences beside them, and its prose quoted both. The contracts that
told readers to keep upstream names — the root convention and the vendoring
cookbook's tree comment and manifest invariant — now say to rescope instead.

Two rules read `@deepseek-ai/` as "another workspace plugin": the client bundle
purity gate now names the vendored libraries a browser bundle inlines, and the
files where a bare `cordis` is an agent-preset id keep that product data.

4788569889 feat(skill): layer the host skill registry per scope like the tools registry
The skills capability moves back to the host plane as one singleton, layered
with the ScopedLayers infrastructure the tools registry established: a
registration files into its calling context's layer (repository plugins and
host rows land global, a preset's skill-local lands in that preset's layer),
and a read merges the global layer with the viewing scope's chain, the
nearest layer winning duplicate names outright while rank keeps deciding
duplicates within one layer.

The web-app bundle re-enables the base skill registry row (skill-local and
tool-skill stay preset-owned), the standard preset drops its isolate skills
realm for bare rows over the host registry, tool-skill passes the calling
agent as the view scope, and the gateway's skills domain reads the host
registry in the presenter scope — a cold session now resolves its recorded
preset's standing key instead of failing.

c08fa27e5c feat(tool-skill): inject user-invoked skills at the pre-step gesture boundary
A whitespace-bounded /name token anywhere in a claimed user message,
naming a user-invocable skill in the workspace directory, now injects that
skill's renderSkillContent as instructions context appended after every
other injection of the step — the same agent/pre-step seam the catalog,
workspace instructions, and the runtime snapshot ride. Closed-set matching
mirrors the command registry (a miss stays plain prose), only user-source
messages are scanned, the policy check runs on the loaded definition, and
this is the sole entry point for disable-model-invocation skills. The
catalog's no-reload sentence now names the gesture boundary.

31ed85900d fix(client): review fixes for invocation rendering and turn boundaries
The user-turn predicate (opensUserTurn) unifies the three parallel
consumers a new node kind silently missed — produced-files turn reset,
retry liveness, own-words force-scroll — so a skill invocation behaves as
the turn opener it is. The menu marker resolves through ctx.locale.bind
instead of a hand-rolled snapshot lookup; the dead legacy <skill> render
arm goes with the removal cut; command-over-skill name precedence is now
documented at the matchEnter seam; and the emptied replacement catalog
keeps the no-reload sentence, with the never-published residual recorded
in the Agent Note.

cc0f6e11b9 feat(tool-skill): teach the catalog about user-explicit skill injection
Both catalog renderings now tell the model that a directly invoked skill
arrives as an inline <skill_content> block to follow without re-loading it
through the skill tool — the seam rule that keeps the user-explicit path
and the model-autonomous path from double-injecting one skill.

62c308f415 feat(skill): share renderSkillContent and declare the skill-invocation message source
The model-facing <skill_content> rendering moves from dsh-tool-skill to the
dsh-skill seam so the skill tool result and the upcoming user-explicit
invocation injection share one canonical shape. The seam also declares the
skill-invocation MessageSource kind that injection will stamp on its
user-role messages.

3d68185480 feat(web): move the agent plane behind per-session presets
The Web overlay disables base's 32 agent-plane rows and mounts the preset
roster instead, so each session composes its own tools and prompt rather than
sharing one process-wide set. The TUI keeps base unchanged: it is single-session
and composing its agent process-wide is correct there.

`roots` is patched in by AppCLIEntry, like `distIndex`: the shipped presets sit
beside the composition that names them and the user's live under the Harness
home, neither of which a config author chooses.

A session's preset is fixed at creation. Naming a different one for an existing
identity is `agent-preset-conflict` rather than a switch, because that
session's history was produced under the first preset's tools. The guard sits
after `await creation`, beside the cwd check, so it covers every path that
yields a live agent — freshly created, adopted live, resumed, or recovered by
the concurrent-creation catch. A request naming no preset adopts the session as
it is, keeping reconnect and retry ordinary.

Two bugs the real-composition test caught, both invisible to unit tests:

`PresetTree` now refuses to write. The Loader persists a tree whose plugin
self-disposed, and tearing an agent down disposes its whole subtree — inherited,
that rewrote the shipped composition, truncating a 241-line preset to `[]` the
first time a session ended.

`dsh-tool-skill` compared against a lookup of its own name in the global layer,
so it threw inside any preset: `register()` files into the calling context's
scope. It now compares against the definition it registered, which is what the
identity check meant all along.

The `standard` catalog is asserted exactly, not spot-checked: a row that
registers into the wrong layer mounts cleanly and simply contributes nothing, so
an omission is this design's quietest failure. It matches the shipped TUI
catalog plus `glob`/`grep`, the pair that composition documents as
ripgrep-dependent.

Re-records `cordis-inspect-jsdoc`, whose rendered `SessionHeader` gains the
`agentPreset` field. `fs-glob-sampling` fails identically on pristine master
and is untouched here.

The browser e2e scaffold gains the roster fact AppCLIEntry supplies. `roots` is
resolved and patched in by the CLI entry, like `distIndex` on the webserver row,
and this lane boots the shipped tree without that entry — so it has to supply
the same fact or the roster resolves nothing and every session in the lane
composes an agent with no tools, no persona, and no token meter. Only the
shipped root: a developer's own `~/.dsh/.agent-presets` must not decide a golden. The
`cordis:group` builtin comes with it, exactly as `boot()` registers it, because
a preset resolving package names from its own directory cannot reach
`@cordisjs/plugin-group` by name.

The lane stays red through this layer and the next four for the reason stated
above — the api-proxy injects `subagents`, `workspace`, and `tools`, so
`api-gateway` cannot activate and the browser has no `/api` at all. It goes
green again in the layer that returns those registries to the host plane; this
change is what makes that layer's fix sufficient rather than partial.

ccebba2349 refactor(agent): unify agent-scoped event signatures as payload objects
All agent/* and agent-loop/config-start-failed events take one payload
object carrying the agent subject; waterfall/serial payloads require a
signal and keep next as the final argument. PreStepContext and
RequestFailureContext are unfolded into payloads and retired.
goal/changed follows the same shape so agentEvents keeps its listener
error containment. ReactLoopAgent builds its scope carrier once in the
constructor. Regenerates scope resolvers, tool-cordis api catalog, and
docs catalogs; updates all affected listeners, tests, and the
core-data-structures docs (en + zh).

ebe6ca20ad fix(web): address review findings on producer-declared context forms
- `catalogHistory` validated its durable read. `agent.session.events` is a
JSONL/SQLite seed on resume or fork, and seed validation guarantees only a
 source object with a non-empty `kind`; a `skill-catalog` record with missing
or wrongly shaped `entries` threw inside the step listener, failing every
later turn of that session. It is now skipped as an unrecognizable record,
the posture the replaced content digest had, with a regression test over six
 malformed shapes.
- The headless keyless smoke still filtered catalogs by the old plugin source,
so the `built-bin-smoke` gate would not have found the catalog message.
- Entries record the published description unescaped. The pseudo-XML escaping
belongs to the `<available_skills>` frame and is applied when rendering it,
so a description containing `<` no longer reaches the card as `<`.
`escapeText` is injective, so republish semantics and the model-facing text
 are unchanged.
- Adjacent text blocks join with no separator, matching how provider adapters
flatten them; the body no longer shows a line break the model never saw.
- Provenance fields are bounded like the text: an unknown producer may record
 an arbitrarily large value.
- Both readers are all-or-nothing, and the row's form marker reports what
rendered rather than what was declared, so a partly unreadable record cannot
present a confident but incomplete account.
- The catalog body consumes `update` as a replacement notice; the digest
canonicalizes per entry as JSON, since every separator character is itself
 legal in a description.
- `core.md` documents the form axis with a `ContextForm` type-equiv block, and
both projections assert the wiring they duplicate.

340c9ba576 feat(web): split context injection into producer-declared forms
Injected context reached the transcript as one anonymous shape whose
expanded body was the whole message serialized as inline JSON, so the
escaping collapsed the only readable part — the model-facing prose —
into a single line.

`MessageSource` gains an optional producer-declared `form`, a small
semantic vocabulary of information shapes independent of `kind`: kind
says who produced the context, form says what shape it is, so several
producers may share one presentation. Two values ship.

`instructions` (workspace-context) lists the reconciled files above
their text and keeps the `<system-reminder>` framing verbatim, because
the framing is part of what the model read. `catalog` moves dsh-tool-skill
off the shared plugin kind onto a `skill-catalog` source carrying the
published name/description entries, and the body lists those instead of
re-parsing `<available_skills>` out of the prose. Catalog identity moves
with it: the republish digest now covers the durable entries, deleting
the text-slicing that recovered them from a logged message.

Everything else renders the opaque body — the model-facing text with its
real line breaks, then the remaining provenance as fields. That is the
documented default, not a leftover: a resumed, forked, or foreign log
must render whether or not its producer is mounted here, which is why
the classification lives in the durable source rather than a client-side
table keyed by producer.
