# DeepSeek品牌素材使用规范
我们为使用和分发DeepSeek模型、API的开发者提供了DeepSeek官方品牌素材，方便开发者在对外提供服务中展示和使用。开发者在使用DeepSeek的品牌素材前，请了解：
- 请确保 准确、清晰、完整及美观地 使用DeepSeek的素材内容，避免使用错误、仿冒或低质的素材内容，且不得随意修改。
- 请在 实际接入DeepSeek的模型或API 的前提下使用，不得故意虚假宣传、诱导误认与DeepSeek有合作。
- 不得利用DeepSeek的素材内容，故意冒充DeepSeek官方，或通过歧义、暗示等诱导误认为是DeepSeek官方。
- 使用品牌素材时，请遵守 商标权、著作权等知识产权 的法律要求。
对于不符合规范的使用方，我们有权撤销使用DeepSeek品牌素材的许可。

# DeepSeek Brand Asset Usage Guidelines
We provide official DeepSeek brand assets for developers who use or distribute DeepSeek models or APIs, making it convenient for them to showcase and utilize these assets when offering services. Before using DeepSeek's brand assets, developers should understand:
- Please ensure the accurate, clear, complete, and aesthetically pleasing use of DeepSeek's asset content. Avoid using incorrect, imitated, or low-quality content, and do not modify it arbitrarily.
- Please use the assets only when actually integrating DeepSeek's models or APIs. Do not intentionally make false claims or mislead others into believing there is a partnership with DeepSeek.
- Do not use DeepSeek's asset content to intentionally impersonate DeepSeek's official channels, or to mislead through ambiguity or implication that you are DeepSeek's official representative.
- When using brand assets, please comply with legal requirements regarding intellectual property rights such as trademarks and copyrights.
For those who do not comply with these guidelines, we reserve the right to revoke the permission to use DeepSeek brand assets.
