Users can enable /phpmyadmin on any domain by running the following command: `ln -s /usr/share/phpmyadmin /home/USERNAME/DOMAIN/phpmyadmin`. When accessed through DOMAIN/phpmyadmin, a login form will appear, allowing the user to log in with any MySQL credentials.
