13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OpenPanel, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Product shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Association, rather than in court. The location of the arbitration shall be Belgrade/Serbia, and the language of the arbitration shall be Serbian.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OpenPanel regarding the use of the Product and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgrade/Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
