Task

Generate comprehensive seed data with stock photos for properties.

Requirements

  • 30+ realistic properties
  • Multiple property types (urban, agricultural, house, apartment)
  • Real Tenerife locations with coordinates
  • Spanish and Russian translations
  • Testimonials (8+)
  • FAQ items (8+)
  • Services (6+)
  • Settings configuration
  • Admin user seeded

Files Changed

  • src/db/seed-comprehensive.ts - New comprehensive seed script

Stock Photos

Using Unsplash URLs for:

  • Land/urban plots
  • Houses/villas
  • Apartments
  • Agricultural land

Acceptance Criteria

  • bun run db:seed populates database
  • All properties have images
  • Translations complete
  • Admin can login
