Задача

Создать GitHub Actions workflow для автоматической сборки, тестов и проверок.

Acceptance Criteria

  • .github/workflows/ci.yml создан и валиден
  • Workflow запускается на push/PR в dev/main
  • Шаги: checkout → install → build → test → lint
  • Бейдж статуса отображается в README

Контекст

Папка .github/ полностью отсутствует.
