- Created src/validation/add.ts with math functions
- Created src/validation/add.test.ts with comprehensive tests
- Created scripts/run-pipeline-test.sh - full system validation
- Created 7 test issues in milestone #43:

  * #6: Error Recovery & Auto-Fix
  * #7: Performance Evaluation Test
  * #8: Gitea API Integration
  * #9: Capability Gap & Agent Creation
  * #10: Full End-to-End Pipeline
  * #11: Review Watcher Auto-Validation
