Deploy Bot 230d1cc71c fix(report): regenerate with current_model synced from kilo-meta.json ...

Previous report had stale current_model in DB agents table.
Rebuild-report script now correctly updates current_model.
All 36 agents now show both best_model and current_model aligned.
