Phase 8: Integration Testing, Report & Release

Tasks

  • Run full pipeline on test issue
  • E2E tests: /pipeline {test-issue}
  • Validate .architect/ incremental indexing
  • Update README with new features and badges
  • Update .kilo/EVOLUTION_LOG.md
  • Update agent-evolution/ dashboard data
  • Merge dev -> main via fast-forward
