Phase 6: Config Validation & CLI Docs

Tasks

  • Add schema validation for kilo.jsonc on startup
  • Skip invalid agent configs with warning (no crash)
  • Auto-generate CLI reference from code
  • Project-level commit message prompt in workspace config
  • Config location awareness in system prompts

Acceptance Criteria

  • Invalid kilo.jsonc shows readable error before pipeline starts
