Задача

Подключить MCP Code Server к роутеру агентов APAW.

Acceptance Criteria

  • src/kilocode/agent-manager/mcp-client.ts
  • Auto-discovery MCP servers
  • Context поле relevantFunctions[]
  • Fallback на glob/grep при недоступности MCP
  • useMcpContext флаг в PipelineConfig
  • Логирование MCP вызовов в agent-executions.jsonl
