Задача

MCP сервер на FastMCP для семантического поиска кода через Qdrant.

Acceptance Criteria

  • docker/Dockerfile.mcp-code
  • Tools: search_code, get_function_signature, find_callers, get_module_interface
  • SSE transport порт 8932
  • Зависит от QDRANT_URL
