Context

Dashboard performance_log is empty for most agents.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Write to .kilo/logs/agent-executions.jsonl after each pipeline run
  • Entry: ts, agent, issue, project, task, duration_ms, tokens_used, status
  • Dashboard reads historical scores per agent
  • Highlight declining performance agents
