Goal

Migrate existing workflows to GNS-2 and validate end-to-end.

Changes

  1. Backward compatibility for old checkpoints
  2. Update all agent .md files with GNS protocol
  3. Integration test: full pipeline with self-cascade
  4. Performance comparison: old vs new

Deliverables

  • Migration script for old checkpoints
  • All agents updated to GNS-2 protocol
  • Integration test passed

  • Documentation update (AGENTS.md, KILO_SPEC.md)
