refactor: migrate icons to new svg-icons directory and update references

- Move all icon SVG files from /icons to /assets/svg-icons
- Update icon paths in uno.config.ts to point to new location
- Add new icons (chat, remotion, stars, etc.)
- Ensure all icons follow consistent naming and styling conventions

- This keeps all icon assets under one directory
