### Known Issues
- Next.js dev server crashes after first few requests in sandbox (OOM likely, ~1GB limit)
- Production build not tested in sandbox (needs `bun run build`)
- Agent browser shows Z.ai proxy loading page (infrastructure issue, not code)

- Test production build on actual ARM device
- Integrate with existing bot backend (replace standalone Prisma with proxy to bot's SQLite)
- Add real photo upload support (multipart/form-data)
