Goal

Мигрировать dashboard.js на SmartAdmin компоненты.

Tasks

  • 5 statCard → row + col-xl-3 + card bg-primary-gradient с SVG-иконкой
  • flash → alert alert-info alert-dismissible fade show
  • Проверить responsive (mobile/tablet/desktop)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Dashboard отображается в SmartAdmin shell
  • 5 KPI-карточек в сетке
  • Flash сообщения — Bootstrap Alerts с dismiss
  • Мобильный вид корректен
