chore(dependencies): remove unused webpack and related dependencies

- Remove copy-webpack-plugin from package.json
- Simplify next.config.mjs by removing webpack configuration
- Clean up pnpm-lock.yaml by removing unnecessary webpack-related packages
- Streamline project dependencies and configuration
