Whether concurrent active tasks are legitimate depends on runtime
concurrency the tool cannot observe, but whether a deployment's agents
ever fan out is knowable at composition time. `allowParallelInProgress`
(default true) therefore replaces the hardcoded policy: the flag moves
the model-facing instruction and the accepted input together, so a
deployment running strictly sequential agents can restore the
single-active discipline from cordis.yml.
The durable-log invariant does not follow the flag. A log written while
parallel work was allowed must still replay after a deployment tightens
the policy, so the invariant stays silent on the active count.
Lint: eslint --fix over the merge-crossed projection/command files (arrow
parens, trailing commas, unnecessary assertions), Extract<> replaces the
keyof-map & string intersections no-redundant-type-constituents rejects,
the fold-adapter's merge loop drops its non-null assertions for a
bounds-carrying cursor, one JSDoc line wrapped under max-len (api-catalog
regenerated). Snapshots: the four TUI goldens re-recorded for the merged
event-count shift (the durable command lifecycle adds one event to the
seeded diagnostics log). The headless advanced-toolchain snapshot passes
on CI and fails locally in this sandbox both with and without these
changes (30s child timeout — environment-bound, tracked in the ledger).
New zh pairs for the session-projection group and package READMEs (both
gained their missing language-switcher lines); the packages/README rows,
apiproxy README, and tool-todo README zh sides catch up with their edited
English; the group README's stale ProjectionProvider name becomes
ProjectionDefinition. RFC precision from review: asOfSeq is the last
event's seq (session.seq - 1, -1 empty; subscribed.lastSeq vocabulary) and
a new risk names the accepted dev-only staleness window when registry
churn changes the key set mid-session. Pairing re-recorded; 540 pairs
consistent.
The consumer-side restated declare-merges retire (user ruling: one home per
projection key): TodoPanel imports the todos merge and TodoItem through
@deepseek-ai/dsh-tool-todo/client, and the manager takes the title merge
through @deepseek-ai/dsh-session-title/client — both pure-type outlets
re-exporting the domain's single-source types.ts, so no host value import or
Context merge enters the client program (type-only edges, exempt from the
plugin value-import ban). Workspace deps and tsconfig references added.
Also aligns the fixture's empty-log tail block with the host convention
(asOfSeq -1 with empty values, block always present on tail requests).
Stack the parallel-in_progress change on the web todo display (#497): the
GUI is now the surface where several active items are visible, so the two
land as a chain rather than colliding on tool-todo at merge time.
Conflicts combined rather than resolved to one side: tool-todo keeps this
branch's parallel-allowing validation AND web2-todo's additionalProperties
unknown-key rejection, in src/index.ts and both README sides; the spec
drops web2-todo's 'two in_progress' rejection case and keeps its unknown-key
case; the two headless advanced-toolchain session fixtures keep this
branch's parallel transcripts.
- TodoPanel mounts through a 'conversation.input.dock' list entry
(todoDockEntry, QueueDock posture, order -1 above the queue rows) instead
of a ConversationRoot hardcode; the inner component is unchanged and takes
useSession from the dock entry's standard kit.
- The verify-todo-display.mjs chromium probe is replaced by an assembled
keyless snapshot (apps/web/tests/todo-display.snapshot.ts, the
code-mode-fixture idiom) pinning the TodoRow summary/state, the dock
panel content, and the collapse round-trip over built bundles.
- Fake snapshots across specs gain the todos field; bilingual note/READMEs
updated for the dock mount and the snapshot.
Master made bilingual pairing universal and added the tool-todo README
pair; bring the Chinese side in line with this branch's validation and
stable-failure edits and re-record the pairing hashes.
Remove the single-in_progress cap from todo_write execute validation and
the durable-log invariant so a task list can mirror genuinely parallel
work (concurrent subagents, background commands). Update the tool
description to instruct marking every actively worked task in_progress,
refresh the tool catalog and keyless snapshot expected outputs, and
record the decision in a new Agent Note superseding the original cap.
additionalProperties stays true in the published schema while execute
rejected extra keys, so generated typings and validation disagreed with
runtime behavior. The item schema now declares additionalProperties:
false — the registry's arg validation rejects extra keys with a
path-qualified violation before execute runs — and the redundant manual
check is dropped (tool catalog regenerated).
runtime README documents ConversationSnapshot.todos and its window-scoped
limitation; the todo tool README and Agent Note name the web client among
the event consumers; the web display note records the cold-load gap and
fix directions (bilingual pair re-recorded).
An item carrying keys beyond content/status (ids, children, priority) was
flattened to {content, status} on append, so the logged snapshot diverged
from what the model believed it wrote (model-visible must equal logged).
Reject loudly; the isError result lets the model self-correct.
