Resolutions: regenerate the conflicted generated docs (cordis services
catalog, event-producer-consumer, module-graph); take master's
packages/README pair and re-insert the telemetry row on both sides;
re-record the README and session-doc translation pairs.
The load-time range check rejects a maxWallMs above Node's maximum
setTimeout delay, but the constraint appeared only in the README design
section. Deployments reading the Config field JSDoc, the generated config
catalog, or the README config summary saw maxWallMs described as a
positive finite wall-clock ceiling, so an out-of-range value looked valid
until plugin load failed.
Consolidates the personal dsh-tui customizations (module split into
components/session/extension, prompt template + running-glyph indicator,
copyable transcript, tool-card headers, timing placement, XML tool output,
status/footer rework) and ports upstream's model reasoning-effort selector
(Shift+Tab effort cycling, effort-aware /model, footer, and /status) onto
the personal module layout.
A cursor-less adoption (process restart + resume, fork, seam-module
reload) replayed the session's full log from seq 0, re-exporting
history that already left the process — a resume re-billed its entire
stored log on every restart, and a fork re-shipped the parent's prefix
under the child's id, doubling query-time counts on OTLP backends with
no native ingest dedupe.
dsh-session now exposes the fact the constructor already validated but
discarded: Session.firstLiveSeq, the constructor-seed length — the
first seq appended in this process. header.seedLength cannot serve
here: it is the durable fork-lineage boundary, and a resumed session's
constructor seed is its full stored log while the header keeps the
original fork value (llm-replay and session-query-sqlite depend on
that meaning). Constructor seeds also never publish on the
session/event firehose, so adoption replaying them was inconsistent
with the system's own publication semantics.
Adoption's cursor-less fallback starts at firstLiveSeq; seed events
still feed the chunk projection, so mid-step continuations re-drop
after a resume. Fork streams are no longer self-contained: records now
carry session.seed_length (with the existing session.parent_id) so
receivers stitch the child's stream onto the parent's. Accepted cost,
consistent with at-most-once delivery and recorded in the revival
Agent Note: a resume no longer backfills records a previous process
failed to deliver — a deployment with that requirement needs the
deferred outbox, not replay.
Pinned red-first: seeded adoption exports nothing (assertion reversed
from the prior seed-readback test, obsolete behavior changed with its
test), resume-shaped seed rebuilds the projection without exporting,
and fork records carry the stitch attributes.
- subagent-sdk: the default registry name becomes `dsh-sdk` (the bare
`sdk` read ambiguously in configs); READMEs, config catalog, fixture,
and suites follow. The Loader fixture now omits providerName to exercise
the shipped default end to end.
- loader-composition.e2e: two full harness runtimes boot in sequence, so
the default 30s loader-smoke window times out under host load; raise the
subprocess deadline to 120s with matching vitest headroom (the
real-model.e2e precedent).
The local PTY readiness poll held its inferred_idle fallback for exactly
one pollIntervalMs after a prompt marker, so a bash foreground handoff
that lands on the silence boundary only wins the exact stdin_read
attribution when the kernel publishes it inside that single poll. On a
slow or loaded host it does not, and the attribution flips.
handoffGraceMs replaces the hardcoded one-poll window as a validated,
deployment-owned config field defaulting to 500ms, rejected at load when
it cannot contain one readiness poll. Real-shell tests that interrupt a
send now assert the session is usable again rather than which readiness
tier observed the handoff, because no fixed grace removes the race.
`config.maxWallMs` is only checked for positivity, and it is handed to
`setTimeout`, which clamps any delay above 2^31-1 ms to 1 ms. A deployment
configuring a 25-day wall ceiling therefore gets the opposite of what it asked
for: every run times out on the first tick. The runtime now range-checks the
field at load against MAX_TIMER_DELAY_MS from dsh-timeout and throws, so the
misconfiguration fails loud where it is self-contained instead of silently
inverting the budget.
`computeMs` needs no matching bound: it is compared against measured event-loop
utilization rather than fed to a timer.
The test asserts both the rejection and that the boundary value itself loads.
The remote side re-merged master (i18n workflow round) and restored the
pre-architecture ModelSelector package with the Session-side state
machine. Reconciliation keeps that merge's master content and reasserts
this branch's model architecture: business state lives in ui-model's
shared per-session directory (ctx.models), not on Session/
ConversationSnapshot; the input.model seat entry and the /model popup
stay the two same-source entries; the history modelTarget piggyback stays
removed. The ui-model-selector package, its roster row, and its allowlist
entry go; the smoke-real roster names ui-model.
