cf5e53e051 docs: fix stale package README claims found while writing subsystem pages
- dsh-host-webserver: the service is HttpServerService under ctx.httpServer
(README said WebServerService/ctx.webServer, matching no symbol in source),
and the dev-mode bundle-watch paragraph described machinery that moved to
dsh-client-modules/dsh-client-hmr in the webserver rewrite — removed; those
packages' READMEs already document the current pipeline.
- dsh-workspace: ctx.workspace.touchSession(id) does not exist; the
activity-pinning chain was replaced by Workspace.insertSessionBefore
(2026-07-25 session-list note) — the bullet now documents the real method.
- packages/storage group table: the domain package directory is
  storage-domain/, not domain/.

All three pairs updated on both sides and re-recorded.

7e445c3a67 refactor(session): fold the session family into packages/session/
git mv the 12 packages from session-persistence/, session-projection/,
session-title/, and telemetry/ into one session/ group per the
regrouping RFC; merge the four group READMEs into one bilingual
triplet; rewrite the group segment in tsconfig references (intra-group
references shorten to ../<pkg>), tsconfig.base.json paths/globs,
knip.json keys, vitest include, gate scripts, and authored doc/note
citations; regenerate module graph, doc graphs, catalogs, and the
lockfile importer keys. No npm names change.

Full unit suite: 8779 passed; the 18 reported failures reproduce as
env flakes (ambient-proxy IPv6 tunneling, watched-dir inotify
timeouts under parallel load) — each passes in isolation with
NO_PROXY set, matching their known pre-existing behavior on master.

d3e8f17a54 fix: review follow-ups for the session archive set
- WorkspaceRegistry.archiveSession no longer wraps persistence-listing
failures as WorkspaceUnknownSessionError: only a definite miss (live
  lookup, header index, then a fresh list) maps to session-not-found;
storage faults propagate as internal errors, with a negative test.
- The archived-current sweep moves from the unary path into the
projection: any install path (local echo, another tab's frame, a
reconnect baseline) clears a selection that landed in the archive set.
- An archive set installed while workspace.list is in flight supersedes
the stale baseline's set instead of being rolled back by it.
- The workspace-management e2e anchors the archived row by its session
actions button and asserts the single-stray fixture assumption loudly.
- Drop the stale touchSession rows from the workspace READMEs (the
method was removed with its Agent Note).

b00cd0cd8c feat(workspace): add registry-global archivedSessionIds set
The workspace domain global singleton gains archivedSessionIds (schema
default [], version unchanged): a display-layer archive set layered over
workspace accounting. archiveSession() rides the registry operation
chain, validates the session against live/persisted headers, and is
idempotent; archived sessions keep their sessionIds slot so a future
unarchive restores position.

9fc8a616a9 test(web): close the per-file coverage gate for the session-list surfaces
New and touched sources reach the CI per-file 100% thresholds: HoverCard
(timers, placement clamp, disabled guard), Menu label/danger/pointer-leave
branches, WorkspaceBrowser (mode switch, search, rail icons, rename dialog,
drag), rows and tree derivations, the workspace fixture stubs, the rename/
insertSessionBefore wire rows, and the entity move semantics. HoverCard's
position state narrows to {left, top} (equivalent refactor, no behavior
change).

ea8b1178cd feat(web): session list one-list, hover card, row menus, rename, manual ordering
Sidebar session list grows the figma 239-10458 feature set and the
workspace/session browsing region moves wholesale into ui-workspace:

- Group-by menu (WorkSpace / In one list): flat mode lists every session
top-level, strictly newest-first; the choice persists across reloads.
- Session rows get a 500ms hover detail card (title / relative time /
status line) and a ... menu (Rename / Fork session / Delete session,
visual-only for now); workspace headers get ... with Rename (wired) and
  Delete workspace (visual-only).
- workspace.rename RPC: trims, rejects duplicate titles on the create
chain (workspace-name-conflict), no-op on same title; modal dialog with
  client-side duplicate pre-check.
- workspace.insertSessionBefore RPC (DOM-insertBefore semantics, omitted
anchor appends): HTML5 drag reorder of root sessions inside a workspace
group; order truth stays host-side, the view refreshes from the
  response/changed frame.
- Activity pinning removed: the session/event touchSession chain is gone;
workspace accounts are manually owned (new sessions prepend, explicit
reordering only). Contracts and tests updated, api catalog regenerated.
- ui-sidebar reduced to the column shell (brand, fold state machine, New
Session, Settings) exposing one sidebar.workspaces hole with a two-fact
owner share {wide, expandSidebar}; ui-workspace owns the whole region
(header, search, grouped/flat lists, dialogs, drag) plus the picker via
a shared WorkspaceCreateFlow. The old sidebar.workspace picker slot and
  its deferral indirection are gone.
- ui-primitives: Menu gains label entries, danger rows, and
closeOnPointerLeave; new HoverCard (portaled, open-delay, disabled
guard). Hover card and row menu never coexist.

f5506cf35f refactor(storage): rename dsh-domain to dsh-storage-domain
The bare 'domain' name was too generic for a published package. The
directory moves to packages/storage/storage-domain, the package becomes
@deepseek-ai/dsh-storage-domain, and the plugin/invariant names follow;
the ctx surface (ctx.storage.domain), the domain/changed event, and all
runtime behavior are unchanged. References, catalogs, graphs, and the
bilingual design note move together.

507dd25a3a fix(storage, workspace): review-bot findings — emit isolation, domain ownership, null globals
- domain/changed emission is isolated from the write path: an observer
throwing synchronously can no longer turn a committed (durable +
in-memory) write into a rejection; the failure is logged and later
  writes proceed.
- Domain lifecycle belongs to the opening consumer: Domain gains an
idempotent close() (drain, unit close, reservation release), the
facility stops registering effects on its own context and instead
closes any still-open domains on unmount; WorkspaceRegistry holds its
domain through its own effect, so disposing and re-mounting the
consumer no longer wedges on already-open.
- defineDomain rejects a global schema accepting null at declaration
time: JSON null is the medium's absence sentinel, so a nullable global
could never round-trip; failing loud at the spec keeps set(null)
  unrepresentable.

Regression tests cover all three (hostile listener, close/reopen and
consumer re-mount, nullable-global rejection).

0559e0207e chore(storage, workspace): gates — coverage, catalogs, bilingual note
- Per-file 100% coverage across the five new packages (invariant
companion suites, failure-injection negatives, lifecycle and
  malformed-medium branches).
- Canonical README Model Experience / Known Limitations sections; new
storage/ and workspace/ group READMEs; packages/README.md rows (budget
ceiling raised 760 → 790 for the two new groups).
- Cordis catalog/type-link registrations, service-role classification,
and regenerated catalogs/graphs for the new services and events.
- Agent Note: English body + i18n pairing record; design-sketch fences
opted out of doc-typecheck as ignore-check.
- Two exactOptionalPropertyTypes/discriminant fixes in new tests.

doc-sync (24 gates), typecheck, hygiene, and the five-package suite
(92 tests) all pass.

80b3b6d917 fix(storage,workspace): post-review hardening
Review findings applied across the group:
- storage hub: stale disposers no longer remove a successor registration;
the package now default-exports the Storage service class per the
  service-package export shape.
- json backend: failed publishes roll back the authoritative memory state
(a rejected write can no longer resurface via get() or ride the next
  publish); close() drains in-flight writes and blocks in-flight opens;
double-open rejects as a plain caller error instead of malformed-medium.
- sqlite backend: loadAll builds records on a null prototype (__proto__
keys round-trip instead of polluting), user_version is stamped only
after the schema is fully created, and corrupt record JSON rejects as
malformed-medium instead of a bare SyntaxError.
- domain form: writes persist before mutating authoritative memory or
emitting; DomainChanged is a put/deleted discriminated union.
- workspace: attach/detach idempotence decided on the write chain (stale
snapshots no longer short-circuit), create() requires a directory, and
startup fails loud on duplicate stored paths.

Eleven regression tests pin the fixed behaviors.

013e6f8769 feat(workspace): persistent workspace entity over the domain form
ctx.workspace registry owns WorkspaceId-branded records: realpath-
normalized unique paths (create rejects collisions; resolveByPath shares
the normalization), ordered sessionIds as the single source of ownership
truth, attachSession gated on the session header cwd matching the
workspace path (double-booking structurally impossible), dead session
ids filtered on projection and pruned on the next mutate, status()
reporting missing directories. No delete surface this phase — deletion
ships together with the session-side primitives as future work.
