0d9ac53fb0 test(web): give the browse-dialog snapshot finds the lane's standard 10s timeout
CI's cold jsdom needs more than findByRole's 1s default between opening the
dialog and the fixture listing's first paint; the surrounding helpers already
wait 10s.

c0e7c008cf feat(web): sandboxed executor family on the web roster
apps/cli/cordis.yml swaps bash-local/fs-local for the acp-agent composition
(sandbox-local + sandbox-policy + bash-sandbox + user-approval + permission
+ fs-sandbox; fs-policy composes on top unchanged). The deployment default
stays danger-full-access + never — byte-for-byte the old unconfined
behavior, so the replay e2e lane and demos are unaffected — while
DSH_PERMISSION_MODE opts a process into a confined default and the
/permission command switches per session. The permission preset table ships
the three product presets (read-only/ask, workspace-write/ask,
danger-full-access/never) explicitly in the deployment config.

c330c1cd3e feat: dsh-session-projection-cache — durable projection checkpoints and the cold-read ladder
New package on the domain data form: one session_projcache record per
session (key → {stateVersion, observedSeq, state}), landing beside
workspace.json under the shipped json backend. Write policy: two mandatory
points (turn/end + session disposal) with count/interval throttling between
them (both Config fields required — flush cadence is a deployment choice);
every background write is fail-soft (log + stay stale, self-heal on the
next write or cold read). coldSnapshot(id) runs the read ladder — cached
rows + persistence readFrom from the registry's anchored restore floor +
registry restore + fail-soft write-back — detecting crash-repair-shrunk
logs via the one-below anchor and degrading to a single full re-read.
Mounted in apps/cli/cordis.yml (writeEveryEvents 200 / writeIntervalMs
5000).

4822622cb7 feat(host, client): ship the in-app directory browser as the browse package's client half
directory-picker-browse becomes dual-face: its browser half fills
ui-workspace's two directory-flow holes with the Select Workspace Directory
dialog (figma Harness 813-23126 family — Miller two-column view, breadcrumb
with click-to-edit path zone, nested New-folder dialog), driving the node
half's host.listDirectory/host.createDirectory and owning its locale
namespace (directory-browser, zh default / en). The dialog moves here from
ui-workspace wholesale — the trigger surfaces keep only the flow-hole owner
conversation.

apps/cli flips its one directory-picker row -native -> -browse, swapping the
host backend and the client interaction together; picking now works for
remote deployments out of the box. The keyless workspace-flow snapshot boots
the browse bundle and drives menu -> dialog -> Documents -> project -> Open
against the fixture tree.

85ca8be104 feat(host, client): compose directory picking through slots — dual-face -native, no wire advertisement
ui-workspace's two trigger surfaces each declare a single-kind directory-flow
hole (conversation.hero.workspace.directoryFlow / sidebar.workspaces.directoryFlow,
same owner contract) and keep only the trigger and the adoption: the Open-local-
folder entry renders while the surface's hole is occupied, and the occupant
reports one picked path per open through the hole's owner conversation
(open/busy/onPicked/onCancel/onError).

directory-picker-native becomes dual-face: its browser half fills both holes
with a renderless occupant driving host.pickDirectory, so the cordis.yml row
that mounts the backend also composes the client interaction — a mismatch is
impossible and a second flow package fails at client load.

With composition wiring both sides, the host.describe.directoryPicker
advertisement and the client's kind branching lose their last consumer:
the field, WorkspacesService.directoryPickerKind(), the DirectoryPickerKind
wire type, and the picker's per-open describe read are deleted. The connection
fixture now serves a deterministic pickDirectory path so the keyless snapshot
drives the full pick-then-adopt flow. ui-workspace's hand-rolled declaration
deferral is replaced by the deferRegistration helper it duplicated.

5579b13503 refactor(host): rename the directory-picker dialog backend and kind to native
The browse interaction also presents a dialog (the in-app modal), so 'dialog'
failed to discriminate the two capability kinds; 'native' names where the
chooser runs. Package directory-picker-dialog -> directory-picker-native, kind
'dialog' -> 'native', with every seam/gateway/client/doc reference updated and
the seam Agent Note's naming rationale rewritten to match.

8dab7d2f92 feat(web): seat the plan control on conversation.input.plan over the projection
Rewrite ui-plan as a pure browser surface plugin. The control occupies the
composer's named plan seat (declared empty by ui-conversation); reads render
the host-computed plan projection through the standard-kit useProjection
(absent key = capability absence, hides the control), writes execute /plan
or /plan off through command.execute. The node half becomes the empty
roster apply: plan behavior (command, policy, projection unit) is owned by
dsh-plan-mode, already composed on the web roster with its policy in
cordis.yml. The superseded RPC-backed setPlanMode face, the WEB_PLAN_SECTION
duplicate, and the node-plugin spec are removed; the roster row moves from
the retired CLIENT_PACKAGES table to the cordis.yml dshClient roster.

2ecc89a186 chore(web): drop plan RPC residue and stale carriers after merge
Sweep the silently auto-merged leftovers of the superseded #587 wire layer:
the PlanModeState interface and planMode/setPlanMode entries in the sessions
API and rpc map, the fixture plan RPC spec, the composer.controls README
paragraph and spec assertions, the old-format plan-mode snapshot, and the
two Agent Notes written against the RPC design (to be rewritten for the
projection reattachment). ChatView/PendingCard keep the approval-only
pending rendering; QuestionComposer improvements ride along unchanged.

ae55771511 Merge origin/master: session projection base, command channel, composer seats
Resolution follows the reattachment plan: the #587 wire layer (planMode/
setPlanMode RPC, prompt.planMode, client Session projection fences) is
dropped in favor of the session-projection base now on master; master
structure wins in all shared files. Kept from the PR side: the approval-only
pending filter in ChatView (questions render solely through the composer
takeover) and the auto-merged QuestionComposer improvements. The deleted
host/runtime package and retired test carriers are removed with master.

a00678a444 feat(web): give a multi-line command one prompt row per line
A `command` carrying two shell commands on two lines rendered as one row:
`.command` had `white-space: nowrap`, so the two collapsed into a single
ellipsized line that read as one command with stray arguments.

Render one prompt row per command line, and move the run-state dot out of
flow into a gutter reserved to the left of the card surface, so it neither
indents its command nor depends on the command's text metrics to line up.

The dot stays exactly one per card, on the first row. The exit status the
view carries is the whole call's and bash reports no per-command status, so
a dot per line would assert, of a line that succeeded inside a failing call,
that the line itself failed. The single visually hidden label keeps the same
scope, since one label per row would read to assistive technology as several
distinct outcomes.

Fixture turn 60's command becomes two lines, so the built-bundle snapshot
pins the layout and its dot distribution (`dotsPerPromptRow: [1, 0]`), and
the e2e adds that the dot starts left of the card surface — geometry jsdom
cannot compute. Both READMEs now also record that this package's
user-facing copy is inline Chinese, since zero-cordis atoms have no route to
`ctx.locale`; extracting it belongs to the repo-wide localization work.

4265ac876c fix(client): rebind the scrollbar indirection on three missed elevated surfaces
Review found three scroll containers sitting on surfaces the rebinding
contract covers, none of which rebound: ui-primitives' shared Menu card
on --dsw-specific-menu (the surface PopupSelectView already rebinds for),
and the composer input and question composer cards, both on
--dsw-specific-input-major. Each rendered the l1 thumb, which differs
from l2 only in the dark palette and only on that surface, so a
light-palette screenshot and a code read both look correct.

Adds the mechanical check that would have caught them instead of leaving
it to inspection: a sheet that scrolls somewhere and paints a known
elevated surface somewhere must rebind. The elevated set is derived from
the sheets that already rebind, since a rebinding rule paints the surface
whose elevation it declares, so a new elevated surface joins the set by
rebinding rather than by anyone updating a list. Surface-level rather than
element-level because the card and the descendant that scrolls are
separate rules and CSS text does not say which contains which. Verified by
reverting each of the three fixes in turn: the check names the sheet and
the surface every time.

Also commits snapshots/sidebar-scrollbar/geometry.expected.md, the
resolved scrollbar style and geometry in both palettes. The aria goldens
the other web scenarios commit cannot carry a CSS-only change, since it
alters no DOM and no accessible name and leaves their trees
byte-identical. Absolute coordinates stay out: they track font metrics and
the laid-out sidebar width, so committing them would document the platform
and force a per-platform re-record.

cd7aa3c7d8 fix(host, client): gate the picker affordance on the advertised kind; reject non-absolute browse paths
ds-review-bot round 2. The workspace UI never consulted the advertised
directoryPicker kind: under a browse (or merge-added) backend it still
rendered 'Open local folder…' and called pickDirectory(), which the host
answers with directory-picker-unavailable. The create flow now reads
directoryPickerKind() per menu open and renders the dialog affordance only
under 'dialog' — browse (until its in-app browser UI lands) and unknown
kinds hide the entry, realizing the seam's documented default; a keyless
workspace-flow snapshot pins the hidden entry over the browse fixture.

The browse backend also resolved wire paths, silently rebasing '' or
relative parents under the host process cwd; both primitives now reject
non-absolute explicit paths with their business codes, and the seam JSDoc
carries the contract.

17419aa6b9 test(web): assert the timestamp occlusion the sidebar gutter fixes
The e2e measured the reserved band but never the symptom the change is
named for. Headless chromium defaults to an overlay scrollbar, which is
the configuration where a bar can cover row content at all, so the
scenario already ran in the right mode: against clean master the band is
0 and the bar covers 7px of the relative time.

Adds timeCoveredBy, the overlap between the relative time's right edge
and the range the bar occupies, taking the bar's width from the sheet
where it applies and from the UA's overlay width otherwise. Assuming 0
there would report no occlusion in precisely the state that has it.

Keeps the band assertion rather than replacing it: the two catch
different regressions. Removing only scrollbar-gutter leaves
timeCoveredBy at 0, because the bar is then 8px and the row's right
padding is also 8px, so it abuts the timestamp without covering it.
Removing the pseudo-element width as well is what produces the overlap.
Each was mutation-checked with the other assertions in its test silenced.

Records in the note that the gutter and the ::-webkit-scrollbar width are
jointly necessary against an overlay bar, measured by deleting each from
the live cascade with the other in force: either alone drops the band
from 8 to 0.

006a6655ee feat(web): in-app workspace-directory browser as the shipped picking default
The Open-local-folder flow now branches on the Host's advertised picker
interaction (host.describe.directoryPicker, read per menu open; unknown
kinds hide the entry): dialog keeps the native-chooser flow, and browse
opens the new in-app directory browser (figma Harness 802-56979) —
breadcrumbs rooted at a localized Home crumb, a click-to-edit path zone
right of the crumbs, host-flagged hidden entries filtered client-side,
an inline New-folder row, and Open adopting the listed directory
through the existing workspace-creation error surface. Dialog copy is
localized (ctx.locale, namespace 'workspace'); the plugin re-registers
its entries on locale/change.

apps/cli flips the composed backend from -dialog to -browse, so the
picker works for remote deployments out of the box; -dialog stays a
composable alternative. The workspace-management e2e drops its native
picker monkey-patch and drives the real modal end-to-end via the
path-edit affordance.

f4c243c75f feat(web): state the run state on the terminal card's prompt line
The terminal card showed no run state: a running command and a settled
command that produced no output rendered the same prompt line, so whether
a command was still running had to be inferred from the absence of output.

Lead the prompt line with a StateDot in three of its states — the spinning
ring while running, red for the same exit status that renders the status
pill, green for a clean settle. That is the same indicator a tool row's
leading icon carries, so a row and its own card cannot disagree about one
command; the row/card agreement is pinned in the ui-conversation spec.
StateDot is aria-hidden, so a visually hidden text label rides beside it,
which is what the refreshed aria goldens now record.

The e2e adds what jsdom cannot compute: the dot's color resolves to the
green success token through the real theme stylesheet, and the dot precedes
the prompt label in document order.

7fd2abd828 feat(host): directory-picker capability seam with dialog and browse backends
The web GUI's folder picking was hardwired to one interaction: a native
OS chooser compiled into the gateway, unusable for remote deployments
and swappable only by editing apiproxy source.

Directory picking becomes a three-package capability seam in
packages/host: ctx.directoryPicker returns a discriminated capability —
dialog (the extracted native chooser; host-display only) or browse
(new: one-level listing + child creation over Node stdlib, hidden flags
host-stamped, symlinks followed, ancestry crumbs; remote-capable). The
gateway injects the seam, advertises the kind via
host.describe.directoryPicker, serves host.listDirectory /
host.createDirectory under browse, and answers
directory-picker-unavailable across kinds. cordis.yml is the swap
point; apps/cli keeps dialog mounted, so behavior is unchanged until
the in-app browser PR flips the default. The connection fixture serves
a deterministic browse tree; WorkspacesService gains the browse calls
the browser UI will drive. Decision record:

c3e9690b2e fix(ui-theme): gate the standard scrollbar properties behind the missing WebKit pseudo-element
A non-`auto` `scrollbar-width` or `scrollbar-color` makes Chromium and Safari
discard every `::-webkit-scrollbar*` rule for that element, including
`::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb:hover`. Declaring both unconditionally left the
hover tokens rendering nowhere: the engines implementing the hover
pseudo-element are exactly the ones the standard properties silence, and
Firefox has no hover pseudo-element to fall back on. Both hover tokens and all
four elevated surfaces' hover rebinds were therefore dead code.

Measured in chromium on probe elements with `scrollbar-gutter: stable`: an 8px
`::-webkit-scrollbar` alone reserved a 30px band, and adding
`scrollbar-width: thin` dropped it to the 10px `thin` reserves.

The standard properties now sit inside `@supports not
selector(::-webkit-scrollbar)`, so Firefox takes them and WebKit-based engines
take the pseudo-elements. The WebKit rules stay ungated: an engine without
those pseudo-elements drops them as unknown selectors, and gating them would
hide them from an engine that implements them without `selector()` — the
pre-16.4 Safari the ungated form serves correctly.

Three unit assertions pin the split by source offset, which the existing
at-rule-flattening parser cannot see. The web e2e now reads the path chromium
actually takes: the `auto` standard properties as the gate's signature, the
pseudo-element sizing and track, the indirection variables resolved per
throwaway probe, and the hover declaration as cascade rule text — chromium
folds the `:hover` rule into `getComputedStyle(el,
'::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb')`, so no computed query separates the states.
