The pending question now owns exactly two surfaces: the redesigned
QuestionComposer takeover (footer pager, checkbox multi-select,
always-visible custom input, locale-injected bilingual chrome) collects
the answers, and a dedicated ask_user_question toolview row reports the
interaction outcome — waiting, N/M answered, cancelled (ASK_CANCELLED),
or interrupted with stopped semantics (ASK_ABORTED). PendingCard narrows
to approval waits only. Toolview leading icons and the hover chevron
unify on the tertiary label color, the checklist glyph matches the
14px figma extract, and dev-watch registers CSS modules so css-only
edits rebuild.
TodoDock reads useProjection('todos') (whole list or null pre-first-write;
absent renders nothing) and declare-merges the todos key through the pure-type
outlet — the identical member the tool-todo host unit owns, drift rejected by
any program holding both. The core Session's todos field, its todo/write case,
and the snapshot member retire; the client folds nothing. Session specs for
the retired client fold move to the value-store spec's seq coverage; snapshot
literals across component specs drop the field.
Three ds-review-bot round-8 findings on the todo display surfaces.
TodoPanel took the whole `useSession` hook and cast the snapshot to reach
`todos`, which put slot plumbing and an unchecked cast inside the presentation
component. The panel now takes `todos: readonly TodoItem[]`; TodoDock does the
selecting, matching the QueueDock posture the dock slot already establishes.
The todo row carried `onClick` with no keyboard route, so its details panel was
mouse-only. It now takes ToolRow's route verbatim: `role="button"`,
`tabIndex={0}`, and an Enter/Space handler that claims the event. The row stays
a `<div>` because a `<button>` flattens its inline spans.
`session.history`'s tail-only `todos` field was documented at the TS signature
but not in the apiproxy README pair, and the Agent Note claimed the feature
added no new wire vocabulary. Both README sides now state the tail/omission
semantics (an omitted field on a tail response is the empty plan, not unchanged
state), and the note records the one added field instead of denying it.
Tests: TodoPanel specs render the plain list; new TodoDock specs cover selection,
live follow, rollback-to-empty, and the registration shape; a new row spec pins
Enter/Space activation and non-activating keys.
The origin/master merge introduced a required workspaceRoot on
ApiProxyDefaults and deleted the ui-conversation test hook.ts helper.
Add workspaceRoot to the new todo-projection api-proxy test and bind
the todo-panel spec's selector hook via bindSnapshotSelector directly,
matching the sibling specs.
The row rendered a status only for error, so a call cancelled before
tool/result read as a completed plan update even though no todo/write
occurred. Non-ok states now ride the generic row's StateDot semantics
(ongoing dot while running, warning dot + 已中断 marker when interrupted);
the ok badge stays for settled successful updates.
master gave 2026-06-29-todo-write-tool a Chinese counterpart; the English
side's web-consumer sentences now translate across (in-body links keep
their .md targets per the pairing contract) and the pair is re-recorded.
The todo-panel fake gains the time/callTime fields ToolResultNode now
requires.
null roots, non-object roots, and null array items (retained verbatim on a
rejected tool/call) now take the documented generic-summary fallback instead
of throwing into the row error boundary.
TodoPanel pins above the composer (776px card axis), hidden while empty,
collapsible with the active item as the collapsed hint; status glyphs
mirror the TUI plan panel. todo_write rows render a plan-flavored summary
(counts + active item) via the toolview registry, generic fallback on
malformed args. Existing fake snapshots gain the required todos field.
