turn/start precedes the first claim and pre-step, a rejected or empty first claim closes a zero-step turn, llm/stream and tools/* are their own domains, and agent/turn-stopping is serial. Regenerates the lifecycle diagram from the same facts and names --patch overlays exactly.
The generated matrix under-reports client-face listeners because the program
is seeded from the host aggregate alone, so `session/preset-changed` lists
`ui-command` without `ui-skill` — the same shape as the existing
`connection/reset` and `models/changed` rows. Record it where the collector
lives, with what closing it actually takes.
Delete design-session citations (decision/audit/plan ordinals, stack
positions), change narration, review choreography, and reviewer-addressed
justification from comments, JSDoc, docs, READMEs, Agent Notes, tests, and
generator templates; restate every affected fact as current-state contract
prose. Fix generated docs at their sources and regenerate the catalogs and
cordis-surface regions; re-paste type-equiv blocks; update every bilingual
counterpart and re-record the pairs. Record the citation rule in the
committed-artifact-citations Agent Note.
A corpus sweep under the doc/prose standards found 15 links whose #fragment
named no anchor in its target — reworded headings, one relocated contract
(tool-fs → the group README's no-timeout rule), and zh sides citing English
slugs their Chinese headings never produce. Fixed all 15 (zh sides get the
conventional explicit <a id> + English fragment), fixed the one generator-owned
instance at its source (gen-doc-graphs), and extended verify-md-links to
resolve fragments onto Markdown targets — same-file anchors included — against
heading slugs and explicit <a id>, so the class is gated instead of manually
grepped. Remaining probes (narrated history, duplication shingles, comment
transcripts, budgets) came back clean; sibling-adapter README symmetry and
implemented-note contrasts are deliberate keeps.
Rebuild of the region machinery (PR3) on the post-#904 Typert projection:
renderPageRegion/renderInheritedPage live in dsh-typert-generator beside the
projection; scripts/gen-cordis-catalog.ts owns the curated SERVICE_PAGE /
EVENT_SCOPE_PAGE / SERVICE_WALK_EXEMPTIONS / LINK_MAP partition (fail-loud in
both directions, with the independent Context-merge scan backstopping the
projection's blind spot), spliceRegion, and the guarded pair auto-record.
docs/cordis-catalog/ is deleted: the flat events/services catalogs dissolve
into per-page regions and docs/cordis-catalog/core moves to docs/cordis-api/
with the inherited tier as its own generated page. The partition absorbs the
post-regrouping surface: ctx.typert → invariants.md, ctx.directoryPicker →
workspace.md, skills/* events → skills.md, and the four launcher-provided tui
accessor values join the named exemptions.
The folder is becoming the home of one-doc-per-subsystem pages (intro +
data structures + cordis services/events), so the name must describe the
whole contract, not just the type-vocabulary third of it. Mechanical
rename rebuilt on current master: every inbound Markdown link, generator
constant, website route, type-equiv manifest path, and spec expectation
moves together; the zh sides of the notes whose prose names the folder
are aligned (子系统) in the same change; touched bilingual pairs
re-recorded; translation-prompt snapshot re-recorded (its example embeds
development.md). Historical Agent Note slugs keep their dated
filenames.
The linear replay carried old-lineage content over parent-owned files;
this checkpoint restores them and adapts the branch to the parent's
post-rebase seam:
- restore all pty/lsp/subprocess/code-runtime surfaces to the parent's
exact content (this branch claims none of them) and drop the net-zero
code-runtime-e2b/pty-e2b/lsp-e2b residue and its registrations
- widen serializeRemoteEnvironment to the seam's NodeJS.ProcessEnv
tombstone contract: an explicit undefined removes an ambient entry
- migrate the two E2B fixture Agent stubs to the Inbox-model interface
and Session.create
- re-apply the branch's gen-doc-graphs roles, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES e2b
row, and packages/README group row (trimmed to the doc budget);
regenerate catalogs and re-record bilingual pairings
The linear replay carried each commit's own lineage, so this checkpoint
restores the master-owned surfaces the conflicted regions clobbered and
migrates branch-owned code to master's post-rebase APIs:
- rebuild subprocess-local spawn.ts on master's tree-exit-observer
machinery, keeping the branch's win32 childEnv key semantics and the
Linux zombie-quiescence probe; the zombie test reaps its survivor
directly since a confirmed-absent verdict is a permanent
no-more-signals boundary
- migrate pty-local test stubs to the Inbox-model Agent interface,
Session.create, runnerFailureRules, and the new turn/start payload
- implement the seam's resolveExecutable/spawnTerminal abstracts in the
new pwsh-local and tool-fs-search test fakes
- restore code-runtime, atomic-write, pwsh-local, and app-boot to
master's exact content (the net-zero code-runtime churn is pruned
from this history) and drop rename-detection graft debris
- re-apply the PR's architecture rows and execution-world paragraph,
re-record bilingual pairings, regenerate catalogs, and reconcile the
lockfile
A preset is a directory holding one `agent.cordis.yml`. Mounting it under an
agent's scope context during `setup(agentCtx)` gives that one session its own
tools and prompt sections while every other live session keeps its own.
No registry gains a tier. `dsh-tools` and `dsh-system-prompt` already file
registrations into the calling context's scope layer, and entry contexts chain
to the context a subtree was plugged into, so a composition mounted under
`agent.ctx` is that agent's alone and unwinds with it.
The mount audits itself because a directly-plugged subtree is absent from
`ctx.loader.entries()` and no boot audit covers it. It rejects an unscoped
target, a row that never became usable, and a row that published a service into
the root service realm — that last one is process-global rather than
per-session, and its collision with the next session surfaces as an unhandled
rejection `setup` never observes, leaving a half-composed agent that looks
healthy. The package invariant re-checks that rule on every service
notification, since a row publishing from a timer would escape a one-shot audit.
Raises the `packages/README.md` word ceiling from 920 to 980: the group table
must enumerate every group, and the new `preset/` row is necessary content.

dsh --profile <name> replaces the fixed entry modes: --config and -p are
removed, --patch adds overlays over the composed profile, a positional task
selects one-shot mode (requires the headless-runner row), and dsh web stays as
the alias for --profile web carrying the Web flag family as patches. dsh
plugin --profile <name> forwards verbatim to pnpm in the profile directory,
initializes on first use, and reconciles the dsh.plugins layer list after
add/remove (patch-less packages warn and stay plain dependencies). Config
dumps and the keyless web e2e scaffold compose the same bundle layers over the
same empty root as the boot.
