fa349202c7 test(tasks): fence the background integration test on an idle owner
The rewritten test tolerated the interleaving where a fast command
settles before the running turn's next pre-step claim. The notice is
then folded into a step whose scripted reply is final, the turn closes
with an empty next-step inbox, and the collection entries are never
reached — a real timeout, not a tolerated ordering.

The command now blocks on a sentinel the test creates only after the
agent has gone idle, so the wake is the only path that can deliver the
notice, and the test asserts exactly two turns.

Also apply the review's smaller points: key the wake budget by Agent
rather than object, register the budget-refill listener only under
wakeup delivery, pin the schema default and rejection like
reportDelivery does, record the retirement-window stranding as a Known
Limitation, and cross-link the partial supersession both ways.

75b26988dc fix(tasks): claim the teardown report before the producer cancel runs
A throwing producer cancel jumped to the force-fail branch before
`reported` was set, so `settle()` announced an unreported completion and
the default wakeup delivery started a model turn on an owner the host
was already destroying — the exact failure mode marking the record
reported exists to prevent.

Teardown claims the report before calling the producer, because that
decision does not depend on whether the producer's cancel succeeds.

Also reject a `maxConsecutiveWakes` that cannot bound anything: the
field exists to cap a runaway chain, and `Infinity` removed the cap
while a fraction never named a turn.

Correct the module JSDoc and the background-task runtime note, both of
which still promised that notices never wake an idle agent.

d78b796a51 feat(tasks): wake an idle owner when a background task completes
Completion notices went through agent.inject(), which never reserves a
driver, so a task settling after its turn closed left the notice parked
until unrelated input woke the agent — while the same prompt told the
model not to poll for it.

An unreported completion now picks its lane from the owner's state: a
busy owner is injected as before, an idle owner is woken with
followup(). This adopts the delivery rule the subagent continuation
manager already ships. maxConsecutiveWakes bounds the self-exciting
chain and is reset by user-authored input; completionDelivery: quiet
restores the old lane for deterministic transcripts.

Teardown cancellation now claims the terminal report the way kill()
already does, so an owner being destroyed is never woken, and settle()
announces completion last so a reporter that opens a turn synchronously
sees a committed record.

2c85c484d3 build(release): reference workspace members through the workspace protocol
1504 hand-written ranges pointing at workspace members become workspace:^, so
pnpm pack substitutes each member's real version at publication: sibling
peerDependencies follow the family version instead of being pinned at ^0.0.1,
and a reference to a vendored package follows that package's own line. Without
this, publishing 0.0.2 ships peer ranges naming a version that does not exist,
and 0.0.1-rc.1 does not satisfy ^0.0.1 either.

It also retires ranges that had gone stale against the workspace: ^4.0.0-rc.6
for a 4.0.0-rc.7 checkout, ^3.17.0 for schemastery 3.18.0.

workspace:* stays where an exact published version is the point, which is how
the Landlock entry pins its platform packages.

A workspace constraint now requires the protocol, so a new package cannot
reintroduce a hand-written range. The same constraint caught packages/boot/cmdline
arriving on master without the publishable trio, which this change completes.

97eb14a007 build(release): make the release set publishable under the private scope
Every package under packages/, apps/, and vendor/ drops "private": true and
declares publishConfig.access "restricted": the repository now states which
packages it publishes instead of deciding it at publish time. Each one also
declares its repository and directory, which is how a consumer of a private
package reaches its source.

The Landlock packages move to restricted with them. They have never been
published, so nothing anonymous depends on them today, and the whole
@deepseek-ai scope stays private.

The workspace constraint that required every package to be private now applies
to non-members only, and asserts the publishable trio on each release member.

ec601ca13d build(vendor): rescope the vendored Cordis packages into @deepseek-ai
Machine-produced by `pnpm run rescope-vendor --apply` plus the regeneration it
prints: `pnpm install` for the lockfile, `pnpm run gen-third-party-notices`,
`verify-translation-pairing --write` for the touched bilingual pairs,
`gen-doc-graphs`, and one typert snapshot whose ids embed character offsets.
`pnpm run rescope-vendor --check` verifies the result.

Renames nine vendored packages (cordis, cosmokit, schemastery and the six
@cordisjs plugins) and every reference that resolves them: manifest names and
dependency keys, module specifiers including declare-module merges, cordis.yml
plugin names, tsconfig paths, every Markdown fence, and `docs/` prose.
Directory names, upstream versions, and dependency ranges are unchanged, so
vendor/README.md still reads as an upstream snapshot; its manifest table gains
an upstream-name column so THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES keeps MIT attribution pointed
at each fork's origin.

The tutorial tier follows the rename end to end: its yaml fences named plugins
the Loader can no longer resolve, its `ts ignore-check` fences disagreed with
the compiled fences beside them, and its prose quoted both. The contracts that
told readers to keep upstream names — the root convention and the vendoring
cookbook's tree comment and manifest invariant — now say to rescope instead.

Two rules read `@deepseek-ai/` as "another workspace plugin": the client bundle
purity gate now names the vendored libraries a browser bundle inlines, and the
files where a bare `cordis` is an agent-preset id keep that product data.

cf5fbd02b8 fix(tasks-local): return the layer disposer directly and cover scoped teardown
`ScopedLayers.effect` already returns an exact `() => void`, so the inherited
`() => void dispose()` wrapper voided a void — two lint rules, four errors.

The scoped layer's own teardown had no test, which is the registry-contribution
disposal contract the testing policy requires and the only path that calls
`TaskLayer.isEmpty()`: `ScopedLayers` prunes a scope's layer when its last
contribution disposes. The new case mounts one plugin contributing both a
surface and a listener into one scope, then unloads it and observes that the
agents which joined that scope are refused again.

59e759ce13 fix(tasks-local): layer control surfaces and listeners by registering scope
One host registry serves every composition in the process, so its two
service-wide collections answered per-owner questions process-wide. `start()`
asked only whether SOME surface was attached, so an agent whose own composition
loads no `tool-tasks` could start work it has no tool to collect or stop as soon
as any other preset attached one — and the answer changed depending on which
sessions happened to be open. `settle()` walked every registered listener, so a
task settling without a waiter injected one completion notice per mounted
preset into the same owner.

Both collections now sit in `ScopedLayers`, the layered-registry primitive
`tools` and `skills` already use: a registration files into its registering
context's scope, and a read unions the global layer with the owner's scope
chain. A surface or listener registered from an unscoped context lands in the
global layer and serves every owner, which is exactly the host-plane
composition's own controls, so the TUI path is unchanged without a special
case.

This supersedes the consumer-side filter in the previous commit. That filter
produced the right notices but sat in the wrong layer: it left the `start()`
gate process-wide, it could not be enforced against a producer that resolves
the registry directly, and it made a Consumer carry scope knowledge that the
other layered registries keep in the registry. `tool-tasks` is scope-agnostic
again and the `dsh-scope` edge moves to `tasks-local`.

`start()`'s refusal is now owner-relative, so its model-visible text names the
agent rather than the process. The shipped `minimal` preset keeps
`enableRunInBackground: false`, no longer as the safety boundary — the registry
owns that now — but so an agent that could never collect a task is not offered
the parameter at all.

37ebe87087 fix(tool-tasks): claim completion notices only for the mount's own scope
Moving the task registry to the host plane put every preset's `tool-tasks`
listener on ONE `LocalTaskService`. `settle()` computes a single snapshot and
walks every registered listener with no scope filter, and it marks `reported`
only when a waiter is present — so a task settling without a waiter reached
each mount's listener with `reported` false and every one of them injected the
same completion into the same owner. Three shipped presets carry `tool-tasks`,
and a preset file edit adds a second generation of the same mount, so an agent
read N copies of one notice as model-visible durable context.

A mount now claims an owner only when the owner's scope chain reaches the
mount's own scope. An unscoped mount is the host-plane instance that serves
every agent, which keeps the TUI composition and every existing test intact.

Registry-side ownership was the alternative: mark `reported` once the first
listener claims it. It is wrong because `onTaskDone` is not a notice-only
seam — the `dsh-tasks` invariant companion registers a validating listener —
so first-claim-wins would silence observers that are not delivering anything.

The regression test mounts two scoped `tool-tasks` over one registry and
settles an unowned-wait task, which is the only path that reaches the notice
listeners at all: the shipped-composition e2e uses `wait: true`, and a waiter
marks `reported` before settlement, so that test structurally cannot cover it.

Also corrects the standing-mounts Agent Note, which still listed `tasks-local`
among the stateful PRESET plugins.

15d452d7ea fix(tasks): correct the change-feed contract and its documentation
Review found the `onTasksChanged` teardown reasoning inverted. The comment
claimed every registration is an effect on the registry's own fiber, so
listeners would be gone before service disposal empties the store — but the
traceable proxy rebinds `this.ctx` to the CALLER, which this package's own
HMR-safety test already proves. The only shipped consumer registers from the
api-proxy mux stream, so it was still listening and simply kept the rows it
last received. Service disposal now announces the emptied set, and teardown
announces its stopping transition immediately instead of leaving an observer
on `running` for however long a slow producer takes to release.

Two documentation claims were false in the opposite direction: the Agent Note
and the ui-task README both said an unowned task is invisible in the header,
while `list(caller)` returns unowned tasks to every caller, the carrier fans
their changes out to every subscribed session, and this PR's own test asserts
exactly that. The note even contradicted itself two sections earlier. Both
sides now state the real asymmetries — another session's tasks, and the
process-local registry emptying on restart.

The "no Web path calls the consuming `ctx.tasks.read()`" invariant claimed a
test that did not exist; the carrier suite's producer had no `readOutput` at
all, so a stray read would have failed nothing. Its producer now counts cursor
consumption and the lifecycle and baseline paths both assert zero.

Also: a session created after the mux opened now receives the task baseline it
missed, the popover samples its clock when it opens rather than at mount, and
a failed task's unbounded producer detail elides instead of widening the row.

aa0ca6c836 docs: anchor each subsystem page to its package group; make group READMEs thin tables
core.md read as a type grab-bag: LLM wire vocabulary up front, the agent/loop story buried, and no correspondence to packages/core. It now opens on the packages/core control spine — the package-by-package loop map with a Page column into session/system-prompt/tools/scope — and keeps only what the spine group declares plus the repo-wide patterns: the Agent handle with its delivery/cancellation/interception contracts, the SessionEvent envelope, branded ids, the …Map pattern. The conversation vocabulary (Message/ContentBlock, the model request, adapters — 17 type-equiv blocks) moves to llm-streaming.md, which now declares packages/llm end-to-end; the duplicate ContentBlockMap paste near its seam section folds into the moved section, and the manifest, LINK_MAP, README table rows, website label (Core data structures → Core), and inbound anchors follow.

Every packages/<group>/README pair is now a thin front door in one shape: a why-first intro (bash's seam-pattern-first paragraph rewritten as 'shell execution for the agent'), the package table, and a closing pointer to the owning docs/subsystems page — the bash-style table stays the load-bearing middle. Load-bearing trailing paragraphs relocate rather than vanish: the fs no-timeout rationale becomes a filesystem.md section (both languages), session's four sectioned tables merge into one 12-row table, examples' legacy-bin H2 collapses to a pointer at jsonrpc-demo's README, and design rationale that already lives in an Agent Note or subsystem page is now linked instead of restated. All 40 pair records re-recorded.

rename rebuilt on current master: every inbound Markdown link, generator
constant, website route, type-equiv manifest path, and spec expectation
moves together; the zh sides of the notes whose prose names the folder
are aligned (子系统) in the same change; touched bilingual pairs
re-recorded; translation-prompt snapshot re-recorded (its example embeds
development.md). Historical Agent Note slugs keep their dated
filenames.

eab0aeb9db feat(web): list background tasks in the session header
The task registry has run every background bash, pwsh, pty-send, and
one-shot subagent since it landed, but only the model could read it: a
human at the Web client could not see that a build was running, tell a
finished task from a stuck one, or find its outcome anywhere but the
`run_in_background` tool card that printed an id and never updated.

Task state now reaches the browser as one whole-snapshot `session/tasks`
mux frame per session, pushed at every registry commit that changes what
that session can see. `TaskService` gains `onTasksChanged`, which is
owner-granular because owner-disposal removal is a change no per-task
record can express. The carrier reads the exact owner the listener hands
it, so a push stays correct while that scope tears down, and reads the
baseline through the non-resuming `ctx.agents.get` so listing never
revives a cold session. The client keeps a last-wins mirror on
`SessionListState`, and a new `dsh-client-ui-task` package renders it
beside the subagent catalog — rendering nothing at all until the session
has a task, so an ordinary conversation grows no new chrome.

Streamed per-task output and human-initiated cancellation are separate
phases; the note records why neither has to undo this channel, and why
no Web path may call the consuming `ctx.tasks.read()`.

d3249f096b refactor(agent): publish agent/inbox/claimed from Inbox.claim
Move the claimed-message notification loop out of the loop's pre-step
into Inbox.claim(target, turn), so the step-boundary operation publishes
its own claimed notifications like insertions and discards do.

e7f2005ec7 fix(web): address the review round on the remaining context forms
- `relay` resolves its sender in `contextBody` like every other form. It was
the one shape whose marker could claim a form the body did not render: an
unreadable sender fell back inside the body while the row still said relay,
contradicting the contract this PR's own note states.
- `recall` requires the retained, omitted, and truncated fields. Completeness
is what the card exists to report, so a reference that cannot state it is
not a readable recall — showing the label alone presents a confident card
  over unknown loss.
- The snapshot body states the supersession its producer framing line carries.
That line is the one part of the model-facing text no section contains, and
unlike an instruction context's `<system-reminder>` it states the form's own
  semantics rather than wrapping content.
- `GoalMessageSource` is a discriminated pair, so `{ form: 'notice' }` without
its account no longer compiles. The guarantee this PR claims now holds at
that seam too, not only through `ContextFormed` on plugin sources.
- Goal and tool-goal summaries are bounded by a shared `boundContextSummary`,
which tool-tasks now uses as well. A goal objective is unbounded caller text
in exactly the way a task label is.
- The runtime snapshot interpolates once per request: agent-loop renders the
sections and joins them through `joinContextSections`.
- Every form's fallback branch is pinned, not only the notice one.

b7034e4a26 feat(web): declare the remaining context forms on every shipped producer
Four values complete the vocabulary, so the opaque body is reached only by
producers that genuinely promise no shape.

`snapshot` — current state a later snapshot supersedes. system-prompt now
exposes `renderContextSections()`, the named contributions
`renderContextSnapshot()` already joins for the model, so the body attributes
each part to the subsystem that produced it instead of re-splitting joined
prose. The runtime snapshot, time-context, and tmux-context declare it.

`notice` — a one-off account of what just happened, declared by tool-tasks,
goal state changes, tool-goal wrap-up, plan-mode switches, and
repeat-tool-guard. Its `summary` rides the COLLAPSED row: these five are the
majority of shipped producers and none of them needs expanding to be read.
The task summary bounds itself because its inputs are unbounded caller text.

`relay` — a message another agent addressed to this one; both subagent
sources declare it and the body names the sender above what it said.

`recall` — material lifted from another session's log. session-reference
needed no new field: its references already record retained and omitted
counts and the truncation flag, which the body shows first, because recalled
context is bounded on the way in.

`ContextFormed` is now discriminated by `form`, so a producer cannot declare
a shape without the facts that shape is presented from — a notice without its
summary, or a snapshot without its sections, fails to compile.

Only the two hook bridges stay opaque, by design: their content is whatever
an external program printed, so no shape can be promised for it. Unknown
kinds and unreadable records land there too.
