ec601ca13d build(vendor): rescope the vendored Cordis packages into @deepseek-ai
Machine-produced by `pnpm run rescope-vendor --apply` plus the regeneration it
prints: `pnpm install` for the lockfile, `pnpm run gen-third-party-notices`,
`verify-translation-pairing --write` for the touched bilingual pairs,
`gen-doc-graphs`, and one typert snapshot whose ids embed character offsets.
`pnpm run rescope-vendor --check` verifies the result.

Renames nine vendored packages (cordis, cosmokit, schemastery and the six
@cordisjs plugins) and every reference that resolves them: manifest names and
dependency keys, module specifiers including declare-module merges, cordis.yml
plugin names, tsconfig paths, every Markdown fence, and `docs/` prose.
Directory names, upstream versions, and dependency ranges are unchanged, so
vendor/README.md still reads as an upstream snapshot; its manifest table gains
an upstream-name column so THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES keeps MIT attribution pointed
at each fork's origin.

The tutorial tier follows the rename end to end: its yaml fences named plugins
the Loader can no longer resolve, its `ts ignore-check` fences disagreed with
the compiled fences beside them, and its prose quoted both. The contracts that
told readers to keep upstream names — the root convention and the vendoring
cookbook's tree comment and manifest invariant — now say to rescope instead.

Two rules read `@deepseek-ai/` as "another workspace plugin": the client bundle
purity gate now names the vendored libraries a browser bundle inlines, and the
files where a bare `cordis` is an agent-preset id keep that product data.

a7e43d4346 refactor: drop the create-by-name workspace route
The Web picker collapsed onto the directory flow (see the one-route-to-add-a-workspace
Agent Note), leaving workspace.create({ name }) with no product consumer. Delete the
whole feed line: the wire schema's name member and WorkspaceApi spelling, the gateway's
workspaceRoot config/default and the mkdir branch, the client seam that carried the name
(WorkspaceCreateInput, WorkspacesService.create, intentName), the dsh web
--workspace-root flag, and the fixture's name handling. workspace-name-conflict stays as
workspace.rename's duplicate-title error.

f2d1a29636 feat(apiproxy): make the default model a user setting the picker writes
The route a new session starts from was frozen into the gateway's
composition entry, so switching models in a conversation reached only that
conversation and every later session went back to the shipped default.

The gateway now owns an `api-gateway` settings section: the entry is the
base layer and the user document layers over it, so `session.selectModel`
records an accepted switch as the default for the next session. The write
is wholesale rather than a merge — switching to a model with no reasoning
effort has to clear a stored one — and a storage failure is reported
without undoing the switch, which already applies to its own session.

`targetFor` now resolves its tiers on every read instead of seeding once:
an explicit selection, else the session's own logged request header, else
the live default. That is what keeps a session that has run a turn deriving
its route from its log forever after, while a session still blank — New
Session reuses one rather than minting another — starts from a default
saved after it was created.

99b1a7e895 fix(host): settle pre-aborted asks at registration; make audit pairing callId-symmetric
Two races from the #572 review, still live in the ported registry:

An ask whose signal aborted between the service's own check and the
microtask-deferred waterfall dispatch would register its abort listener
AFTER the signal fired — never invoked, entry pending forever, zombie
frame on every mux replay. The answerer now settles 'cancelled'
synchronously before publishing anything.

The audit back-scan let a callId-less ask claim the newest unclaimed
asked record even when that record carried another call's id. Pairing is
now shape-symmetric: callId-bearing asks take exactly their call's
record, callId-less asks take only callId-less records — neither can
steal under parallel asks.

79b1ec2eae fix(host): settle pending approvals as cancelled on gateway teardown
Disposability parity with the question provider: a gateway disposed while
approvals are pending settles every registry entry as 'cancelled' (the
service's fail-closed vocabulary), so no ctx.approval ask dangles past the
proxy's lifetime and mux subscribers see the withdrawal. Spec mounts the
proxy on its own fiber and drives dispose with a live ask.

Addresses the ds-review-bot suggestion on PR #851.

c6b552e817 refactor(web): drop the permission RPC pair and turn-anchoring machinery
The session.permissions/setPermission unary pair, the PermissionOption wire
DTO, the client Session wrappers, and the fixture/fake mirrors all leave the
wire: the read side moves to the 'permissions' session projection and the
write side moves to the /permission command in follow-up commits, so the
web protocol gains no permission methods at all.

The pendingSwitches + prompt-submit flush + hasOpenTurn move also goes.
Knob events no longer need turn enclosure: the persistence scanner keeps
standalone events after the last turn/end as part of the preserved prefix
(remove-synthetic-log-only-turns), none of the three knob invariants demand
an open turn, and the setters append bare events. An idle switch commits
immediately; hasOpenTurn stays a user-approval private fold (its audit pair
is the one contract that still requires enclosure).

The old PermissionSelect chip and its mount-time fetch die with the RPCs
(the resident composer broke the mount-once assumption); the projection-fed
replacement lands with the Access seat swap.

a66d1e335f Merge origin/master into web-permission-sandbox
39 conflicts resolved per the reattachment plan (missions worktree-projbiz
0728-1859): baseline wins for deleted packages (host/runtime, old ui/acp,
ui-sidebar Rows/tree) and retired specs; unions for wire-layer exports and
client summary fields; the approval takeover, waitingApprovals tracking, and
PendingApproval domain face carry over onto the master structure. The two
new host specs follow the runtime->apiproxy rename. Dead PR-side wiring
(ConversationInjected permissions/setPermission spread, InputBar controls
prop, boot.ts sandbox composition) resolves to master and its replacement
lands in follow-up commits.
