fix: name run_code's required description argument in its model-facing prose
...
The transport schema requires both `code` and `description`, but the tool
description and both SDK instruction flavors described the call as passing a
program. `description` was reachable only through the parameter schema, so a
model following the prose emitted `{code}` alone and lost the whole written
program to an INVALID_ARGS rejection.
The length and format guidance stays in RUN_CODE_DESCRIPTION_PARAM_DESCRIPTION
alone, so the schema and the prompt cannot drift.

Delete design-session citations (decision/audit/plan ordinals, stack
positions), change narration, review choreography, and reviewer-addressed
justification from comments, JSDoc, docs, READMEs, Agent Notes, tests, and
generator templates; restate every affected fact as current-state contract
prose. Fix generated docs at their sources and regenerate the catalogs and
cordis-surface regions; re-paste type-equiv blocks; update every bilingual
counterpart and re-record the pairs. Record the citation rule in the
committed-artifact-citations Agent Note.

fix(tools): attach Python SDK docstrings to their own methods
...
A description was emitted above the `async def`, where Python treats the
first string as the `Tools` class docstring and every later one as a dead
expression — leaving each method undocumented in the model's only source of
tool semantics. Emit it as the first statement of the method body instead.
Also names the known languages in the run_code flavor guard (the reachable
rejection, symmetric with the SDK_RENDERERS guard) and corrects three doc
claims: the code-runtime group README no longer calls the generated SDK
TypeScript, the base Code Mode note states its serial dispatch in past
tense, and the tools README points at the rationale the language-dispatch
note actually carries.

The rewritten scheduler paragraph states that the native loop already
classifies through isConcurrencySafe, which contradicted two surviving
present-tense claims that parallel native dispatch is an open TODO
blocked on that same metadata. Both now attribute the TODO to decision
time and point at the shipped rolling pool.

fix(tools): emit Python SDK members in one lexicographic stream
...
The Python renderer partitioned identifier methods ahead of subscript
comments, so a tool set like {a-tool, z} emitted z first — contradicting
the documented lexicographic contract and the TypeScript flavor, which
quotes exotic keys in place. Interleave both kinds in one ordered stream
and track emitted statements for the pass fallback.
Also correct four stale serialization claims in the base Code Mode note
that the live-parallel scheduler superseded.

docs(tools): align Code Mode docs with multi-language dispatch; py-types notes

Address ds-review-bot v5/v6 review round 3:
- Config.mode JSDoc and the regenerated config-catalog no longer claim Code
Mode requires a TypeScript runtime; both now say a language with a
registered SDK renderer.
- The active 2026-06-15-code-mode base note (both languages) follows shipped
reality: the SDK renders the loaded runtime's language, dsh-tools accepts
any language with a renderer and run_code flavor, and it cross-links the
language-dispatch note.
- The language-dispatch note distinguishes the two Object.hasOwn guards'
reachability and documents the peekRuntime no-runtime degrade vs the
rejected silent fallback.
- SDK_RENDERERS comment: adding a language is two table entries, not one.
- py-types: document the deliberate PEP 586 deviation for float Literals;
add oneOf-object-branch tests (named union classes and context-free
degrade), keeping py-types.ts at 100% per-file coverage.

fix(code-runtime): reject a maxWallMs above Node's maximum timer delay
...
`config.maxWallMs` is only checked for positivity, and it is handed to
`setTimeout`, which clamps any delay above 2^31-1 ms to 1 ms. A deployment
configuring a 25-day wall ceiling therefore gets the opposite of what it asked
for: every run times out on the first tick. The runtime now range-checks the
field at load against MAX_TIMER_DELAY_MS from dsh-timeout and throws, so the
misconfiguration fails loud where it is self-contained instead of silently
inverting the budget.
`computeMs` needs no matching bound: it is compared against measured event-loop
utilization rather than fed to a timer.
The test asserts both the rejection and that the boundary value itself loads.

fix: address review — python smoke caller, contract prose, fixture header hygiene

ds-review-bot findings: the packaged Python runtime smoke's scripted
run_code call gains the required description; the ToolDefinition JSDoc
and the Code Mode foundation note (both languages, pair re-recorded) now
state both required parameters; the cordis-dynamic-toolchain fixture's
request/header line is re-compacted so the header-scrub hygiene guard
passes (my earlier patch had re-spaced it). The TUI terminal fixture was
already regenerated from keyless replay in the previous commit.

feat(tools): live dispatch lifecycle + native-contract parallel sub-calls in Code Mode
...
The bridge replaces its serialization queue with a pool that reuses the
native concurrency contract: submissions classify through
registry.executionMode (fail-closed isConcurrencySafe), start strictly in
submission order, overlap up to the validated maxParallelSubCalls config
(default 10; 1 restores serial), and exclusive calls drain the pool, run
alone, and bar later calls. Each started sub-call logs a
tool/code-dispatch-start event at pool entry; the existing
tool/code-dispatch settles the pair (started ⇔ settles exactly once;
abandoned queued calls log neither). SDK prompt guidance now states the
true Promise.all contract — re-recorded across every code/both-mode
snapshot (plus the stale cordis-dynamic-toolchain fixture gaining the
required description arg).
Client: CodeSubCall widens to RunningToolCall | ToolResultNode — starts
land the running shape (rows wear the native running ring), settles
replace in place preserving start order, callTime pairs to the start
time. Fixture emits start/settle pairs; jsdom pins the running sub-row;
runtime specs pin in-place settlement and out-of-order completion.

feat(tools): run_code description param + native-parity dispatch logging + web code-mode seam

run_code gains a required bash-style description parameter: presentCall
titles the card with it and moves the program to rawInput, so every
surface gets a readable label. tool/code-dispatch now logs each
sub-call's complete content/isError (the tool/result vocabulary),
replacing the bounded resultSummary and deleting the summarize/cwd
machinery — a UI renders sub-calls through the identical path as native
results. The dsh config tree mounts the worker code runtime and reads
DSH_TOOLS_MODE (temporary seam until per-session mode selection lands).
Session format stays v0 (pre-release churn). Code-mode ACP/TUI fixtures
re-recorded; TUI presenter pin refreshed; catalogs regenerated. Keyless
web smoke pins the code-mode wire contract (tools=[run_code] + SDK
prompt section).

Master's i18n batches added Chinese counterparts to ~50 docs this PR
edits in English. Bring each zh side along with the minimal edits
covering the en diff (recorded-hash diffs, not re-translations),
reunite the stream-workflow-progress pair under rejected/ with its
manifest entry, re-record all pairing hashes, and regenerate the
event/persistence/tool catalogs and doc graphs over the merged tree.
